How can I sign-up my child for mutton bustin?
Mutton busting is not an open event. Mutton busting participants are part of the Southern California Youth Bull Riders association. Click here to visit the SCYBR Facebook page.

How can I inquire about participating in the rodeo events?
The Norco Fair Rodeo is put on by Hauser Rodeo Company. Please contact Alex Hauser at 562-201-2618.
Can I bring my camera to the rodeo?
Cameras are allowed in the public areas of the event.
Can I bring a drone to the events?
Drones are not allowed.
Can I get an all access pass?
Non-public areas are reserved for the Norco Fair staff.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Pets are not allowed. Service dogs are permitted.
Are bags allowed?
Bags are allowed and will be subject to search at the gate.
Can I bring my own food, snacks & drinks (non-alcohol)?
Outside food and drink is not allowed.
Can I bring my empty beverage container (Yeti, Stanley, etc.)?
Empty beverage containers are allowed and subject to search at the gate.
Can I bring a stroller or wagon?
Strollers and wagons are permitted.
Is there E-bike parking?
Yes, there will be parking for e-bikes.
Is there golf cart parking?
There is not a designated area for golf carts. They will be parked in the motor vehicle lots.
Event Protocol and General Terms:
Event terms are rain or shine.
No outside food or drink (including alcohol).
No weapons.
No pets.
No drones.
All sales are final (no refunds or exchanges). Tickets are not transferrable.
Purchasing admission does not guarantee a seat for the fair events, including ranch rodeo & bull riding events.
The Norco Fair Committee reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone wearing clothing that contains inappropriate language, symbols, gang or crew attire. This includes bandanas, hats, initialed belt buckles, vests and other gang/crew apparel. In addition, all event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion.
Photo, video and audio recording will be in progress during the fair events. Your entry and presence in the event areas constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the Norco Fair and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising. By entering the event areas, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done with this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event areas of the Norco Fair.
